Your satisfaction with our products is also important to us. However, returns for used products is out of the question as they are sold as is - NO RETURNS. Our new products can be returned with due process of red tape to aquire a RMA number. These must be returned shipping prepaid, and will be replaced or repaired soley at our discretion. There are simply no refunds.
